Troubleshooting

You may run into some issues when running or installing NEM-Watch.

If so, it is quite possible the issues will be the result of your current proxy settings. Your proxy settings are set up by your system administrator on your internet server to allow (and disallow) certain websites to be accessed by your system. To fix these so that NEM-Watch will be able to function correctly, please speak to your System Administrator.

Your System Administrator will need to ensure that your Internet Explorer proxy settings are correct, and they may need to add NEM-Watch to an exclusion list. Depending on the proxy server software this may require adding the NEM-Watch executable to the list or all of the sites which NEM-Watch needs to access. Here is a list of websites that you will need to add to an exclusion list:
